Is StarBase working on MAC and Linux?

Yes, StarBase will work on Mac and Linux. We just started development on these platforms ......

Why was Kalenda Software formed?

Kalenda Software was formed because of the huge success of DataKal and the need to provide a more professional approach with a larger team to provide better support for existing customers.

Are you still providing support for DataKal?

Yes we are, we have exclusive rights to provide support for the DataKal software products from the author.

What does this change mean for me?

An even simpler relationship with only one point of contact with an improved professional support service.

Are you still providing Ticketing?

Yes we are, the Ticketing product is very successful and has been running for over 3 years and we are continuing to develop it. It’s main advantage is that it directly integrates in to the DataKal film festival database and uses all the information without the need for duplicity.

How do I get an online client account?

Each individual product has its own support and client accounts. So for example if you use DataKal or StarBase and have an active Service Level Agreement (SLA) you will receive a user name and password and you can access the client account on the product's home page: www.starbase.cz.
